1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dream Wedding Choreography's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Dream Wedding Choreography provides wedding dance choreography and instruction services including:

• First dance choreography
• Parent-child dance instruction
• Wedding party performances
• Flash mob choreography
• Private lessons and venue rehearsals

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee. The remaining balance is due before the final lesson. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule lessons with 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of that lesson. Wedding date changes may incur additional fees.

5. Liability

Clients participate in dance instruction at their own risk. Dream Wedding Choreography is not liable for injuries sustained during lessons or performances.

6. Intellectual Property

All choreography created by Dream Wedding Choreography remains our intellectual property but clients have unlimited use rights for their wedding event.

7. Privacy

We respect client privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
